Strange bogging

So i reset my timing yesterday, as it was way out of wack, got everything back together timing was at 10 deg. with e1 and te1 in. and between 10-15 deg with them out. so the car was running great now. i drove it about 35 miles. and was coming around a bend during"Spirited" driving lets say.. in third. came out of the bend shifted to fourth and as soon as it started hitting full boost(5-6psi)its starts to bogg. it doesnt really cut out as much as it just feels REALLY RICH. my current mods are 550s, lex afm, afpr(my gauge broke so that will be my first fix), mk4 pump. and safc2 etc etc. Now what im really thinking is that something with the safc came loose. because if i richen or lean out the correction at idle. nothing changes, as opposed to before where the rpms would rise or drop a little. As far as other driving it runs fine. and it will go to 4k in normal conditions without boost, without any problem.. well this is my dilemma. i will start going more into diag tonight but any additional input would be appreciated.
NOTE:it does still spool up to about 3 psi before it starts bogging out, and doesnt die at idle so i dont think its a vac/boost leak.p.s. it did this before it was tuned as well.

j tube is blocked off yes. and update, changed vac line and put new clamp on one coupler. now it does it at select times,, and the safc IS working. ran out 1st and second and let off-no bog, cruising and building boost from low rpm in third gear-Bog above 4 psi.. I just find this really strange because it was fine and parked the car for 5 mins. and starts acting up 10mins after that. never touched anything between those periods. its also hard to explain what its doing it doesnt "cut" or break up, it just feels like its suddenly running super rich,,,, makes no sense now that it does it at select times. havent had a chance to actually run out 1st 2nd 3rd 4th etc. to see if it bogs again.. possible O2 Sensor? another update, got a code 52. knock sensor,, could it be the sensor is just bad, or maybe the safc knock sensor connection is messed up or something?

hmm have you tried a boost leak test? i would also cheak you spark plugs. my car was running rich it fouled out my plugs and made my car sputter when it builds boost.

according to the gauge its building the boost but bogs.. and as for the plugs thats a VERY GOOD IDEA! Thank you, i will try to check tonight

yeah. well my car would build boost but once it gets to like 4psi + it starts to boog and sputter. with your car running rich it could be the plugs.
 
i had the same problem it would run like shit..super rich and wouldnt want to boost but idled fine..it would actually die when i stabbed the throttle...would rev ok when i tried it easy..you throwing any codes? it was the wiring on the VPC..it was loose..i cant member where but if you look up trouble shooting the vpc on google there is a page with some different things..i wiggled some wires and stuff under there and then it was perfect again..

edit: oops didnt see if you had vpc or not i just assumed cause the safc..might be that wiring too tho somewhere...sry im tired as hell...prolly seem like a retard right now..LOL
