Glad you got them back... How exactly did they steal the cars after all? Was a Toyota key deal used, broken ign switch, etc?

I am getting ready to install a supr-duper alarm, kill switches, and am also looking to re-key the locks in a non-Supra way (just in case).

I've got a decent alarm on my '91, however, I'm looking in to a kill switch of some sorts. I've read and seen tons of opinions, but I haven't decided what works best.

The guy must have used a shaved down key, as there's no visible damage to any of the locks..

My 92 should be nearly impossible to pick the lock with a shaved key, but it's also getting a kill switch or two, and an alarm, as is the blue one..

Really, who steals a car, just to get the stereo out of it????????? It seems if they saw how easy it was to get the first one out, they'd risk a quick steal rather than a grand theft charge.

I giggled like a school girl when I found the greatest place for a switch that no one would guess, same on my white one...

I called about the black one they said 99.99% sure it'll be ready today, so as soon as that one's ready, straight to the shop to get an alarm installed..!

Thats crazy that both of them got stolen and than you got them both back!!Thats nuts and I think it's funny that one day went by and you got a new supra.Well good luck with everything now.

congrats on getting them both back and your newly purchased one! it sucks that we have to be so secretive about stuff like that because i bet its in an awesome place and im intrested to know but i wouldnt expect you to tell me as i wouldnt tell you because i dont know you and recent events.
