It might sound some thing to laugh at, but I am NOOb with turbo sizing,
I was told to use .6* A/r to have fun drive and drag racing with 1jzgte,
My plan was to install HX-35 with with BEP .55 a/r HOusing for drag racing, through taking advantage of higher rev point. instead of making high WHPS at dyno only,
Through my search I found this GT28R
Specs
T25 flenged
.60 a/r compressor. 54mm compressor wheel (aprox)
.64 a/r turbine housing, wheel is aprox 50mm (part no: 449010-1)
Internally wastegated,
the part no. is missing!!
Scenario
My stock twins are smoking big time, but there is no sign of oil in charge pipe!!.
iF i take this turbo as a replacement to my stock twins is it worth the effort??
how much whp will I be getting with this turbo??
I failed to Find any one using this turbo as a single on 1JZ,
kindly guide me!!
