Springs are easy.
Comp cams BBC inner valve springs. (Funny that they sell them in boxes of 12..... Yet there are no V8's that use a combination of 12 anything valve wise..)

Best 70.00 your ever going to spend on the 7MGTE. (These springs have a better coil bind height, and the pressures are high enough to work great on stock rpm, and possibly up to about 7500rpm if you have a way to raise it.)

Also the seat pressure is not so high that it will cause any wear issues. (Both my opinion, and that of the engine shop owner who did my machine work, and was supprised to find these "cheap" springs worked so well, yet cost so little.)

I've used them myself. The work perfectly. No long term problems, no impacted valves, etc.

Thanks alot for the info!

Don't want to look stupid, but screw it I'll ask!

I started taking apart my valve train, got the first 12 valves, springs, retainers, and buckets out. I only see 1 spring, does this replace it? Or am i blind to some 'inner' valve spring? According to the EPC, thats the only spring :)
