stock 2nd gen mr2 vs my supra

well i havea 89 supra that i just swapped my gte manual into, it has cp pistons, and i have the boost at 10. my friend at work is 100 precent he can beat me with his stock 2nd gen with 32k original miles. from light to light which is about a 1/4 mile, who would win.

It sounds like you're trying to figure out a way to guarantee your win. If your car wins you one challenge, but you're defeated in another, then that means that you can win the former, and you're not that good win it comes to the latter. All cars have a set of strong points and weaknesses that differ from car to car, even if it's the same model because the owner can customize it. Same goes for the drivers, and it's up to them to bring out the most in a car, and pick a car that'll bring the most out of the owner.

I second that. Take it to a dragstrip. Make it fun with a little wager. Loser has to pay the others entry/race fee. That's what I used to do when someone called me out. No worries about getting an expensive ticket, or putting innocent bystanders in danger.
