I don't know where to post this since the electrical is still closed down. Here is what I pulled from another one of my posts.

Before I did anything to the car, there were no codes at all. ( that is a first for a supra of mine ) I decided today to remove the A-pillar gauges. Tons of wiring in that mess. I also pulled the old ebay boost controller out, and some hands free phone crap that was left in there. Now that everything is back together, The car started and idled perfect. Then out of nowhere, it died. I started it again and it would run for about a minute. Then it died again. I ran a diagnostic check on it, and it was kicking code 41. The TPS was not touched at all. I was under the hood long enough to remove the wires from the old boost controller. I just can't seem to figure this out and it is starting to bother the crap out of me. Anyone have any ideas? I need to get this problem fixed as soon as possible.

Put a meter to the tps. Maybe it just happened to go bad at the exact time you were working on it.

I am getting the same code and am working on a solution. When you start your car does it idle and then choke out? Thats one problem I was having as well as hesitation between throttle and actual power to the motor. I'll elaborate once the weather dries up and I can do some more tests and replace my TPS harness clipping. May be not until thursday, hope yours is resolved sooner :)

Mine is doing the exact same thing! I don't have the throttle response problem though.I just dies out before I can even get it out of the driveway. Mine won't be sorted out by Thursday since I have to work tonight. BUT, Thursday I will be heading out to the garage to check on one of the ground wires that I'm not too sure of.

Well the answer to mine was a new harness clip for the TPS, if youre getting code 41 there may be a bad connection or your TPS may just be way out of adjustment. I dont know if you've had your TB off of the car and maybe took the TPS off and never recalibrated it.
