Stereo, aftermarket boost gauge don't work and my windshield wipers are going haywire

For some reason my stereo, AEM TRU boost gauge/controller aren't working. When I turn my key to the On position they windshield wipers start going on and won't shut off no matter what you do to the wiper control arm on the steering column. I've checked my fuses, what did I screw up on?? Thanks.
