so im going to describe this problem the best i can. when i drive my supra (a 90 turbo) the steering wheel will be turned to the right little ways, at first look it looks like the aleignment but the moment i turn left the steering wheel will shift and be turned to the left, and to make matters worse one can feel a hesitation before the turn acctually starts. its a really wierd problem and its present almost every time i have to turn the wheel being form just switching lanes or making an accutal turn. im lost i dont know where to even start looking for the problem any advice would help.

Start by refilling the resevoir and bleed it. And then start looking for the leak.

Does the steering ever get better with extended use?

had something very similar check the rubber bushings on your' rack.
I had the same problem with an 89supra turbo i used to drive
replaced the rack even though im pretty sure that slight hesitation was because the rack was loose. so yea check your
RUBBER BUSHINGS ON THE RACK!
Tighten em up and you should be good to go. If not GG could be another problem i dont know.
