starts,runs, then wont restart till cool

88 turbo supra. Starts and runs fine w. Exception of low oil pressure then when u shut it off it won't start till it cools off. I've tested the ignitor connector which should read 12v but reads 1.7v. Is this the potential problem or could it b something else. Also there's no spark once its been ran then shut off. Also codes 24 and 31 come up

Clear your codes and then do it again. Does it restart if you shut it off, and then immediately restart? Or does it need to sit for 10 minutes to not restart until cool?

after replacing the cps and ignitor and coil pack it takes 5 to 10 minutes to restart

One more time. Will it immediately restart? Or does the restart fail if it has been sitting 10 minutes? Try it. Shut it off, and attempt to restart in 10 seconds.
