starter location??

so my cars not starting and its not the battery for sure, its cranking but not firing. i need to take a look at my starter and connections.....but im a noob so i dont kno where it is :3d_frown: so if anyone can tell me where it is and how to take it off great

under the intake manifold close to the firewall on the drivers side.
with that said.

the motor turning over means the starter is working fine.

You might have other issues to ignition system, fuel system etc.

Cranking and not firing means the starter turns the motor over but it isnt firing up. The ghetto version is 'it cranks but wont crunk'.
Your starter is located on the left side of the motor (as you are sitting in the car) at the back of the engine and front of the tranny. Or just follow the positive cable. Goeas right to it.
