Back when I was into it they had a tour stop at our local mall. The place was packed both floors with people playing Yugioh. They had 4 people called the Duel Kings that you played and if you beat them you got to sign the book and were invited to some regional tournament.
I was 1 of like 15 people in my town to beat them out of about 1000+ that tried :icon_bigg
I used to win local CS, and starcraft tournies. Along with a few small x17 tournies online sc. I also play tekken in tournies all the time....

I won my old Xbox from some dude at bestbuy trash talking how good he was at Halo, there was a system set up right there so I bet him $200 he wouldnt beat me. Walked out with a brand new Halo edition Xbox 10 minutes later :biglaugh:

I went to a Tekken Tourney at a SCION Dealership, they also had a Halo Tourney going on. All the Tekken players were like 20ish, Halo players around 16, was a big difference in demographics.
The funny thing about Halo, is every halo player ever says they are good. Which means its a scrubby game and people are retarded IMHO

hmm cs tourney huh? i used to play in CAL, did you? i still shoot em upe everyoence and then but not as muc hasi used to cause of school. Oh and nobody can touch me in warcraft 3: TFT.
