My brakes squeak at low speeds. 5mph and under. They don't squeak while breaking and they don't squeak once i get over 5 mph. Should I just go at it with some brake cleaner at the calipers?

Probably missing antisqueal shims.
An easy fix is a can of brake quiet, pull the pads spray the STEEL BACKING PLATE and reinstall per the destructions on the can.
Or fit all new antisqueal hardware that's probably been thrown in the bin at sometime in the cars past.

Aftermarket pads with new stock rotors? Metal to metal contact, and you might just have to live with it.
Even with the anti squeal springs installed.
The wishbone piece pushes the pad off of the rotor for wear reasons.
