sputter and no power! Turbo or BOV?

Here is the story...

List of mods first

1990 Turbo white with Targa (sport roof)...
550cc injectors (RC)
Lexus AFM
3" cat back
K&N FIPK
Apexi S-AFC II
Innovate LM-1 O2 sensor with O2 meter
Turbo upgrade 57 trim TO4E
SSQV BOV and bosch blow off
Walbro fuel pump
Aeromotive FPR
Greddy II boost controller

I live in PA...Was on Route 80 running with a 2008 Shelby GT and 2003 Viper! Ouch!

Hit fuel cut at about 130... Engine light came on then went off. Then backed off. Since then...big hissing noise at the turbo as boosting begins and hesitation\sputter at about 80...I live up a hill...Also get bad hissing and hesitation\sputter going up the hill. Ok, there are the facts...Any thoughts on diagnosis? Where should I start. ?

I am having a similar problem. Boost gauge reads full boost, but there is a massive amount of hesitation, to the point where the the RPM's don't even climb when I hit boost. I'm stumped. Because it's reading near 10lbs of boost. And i'm sure not about to take it into a shop to see what they have to say. insight would be appreciated by me as well!

yes boost leak. Biggest suspect is the IC piping running from your turbo to the IC.

Mine turned out to the be the hosing that connected the piping running from the IC to the Turbo. Boosting once again!

Yeah this happened to me too while driving. Pulled over popped my hood and sure enough a clamp came off on the ic pipe.
