My Speedometer wobbles when it goes from 0-20 but it seems to lag and sorta jiggles its way up to 20mph and so forth. Im guessing its the cable. However ive heard its a b**** to change so any tips or pointers? Will the dealership do it? Since I live in an apartment

I havent done this yet but I have the exact same issue on my N/A
Take a can of WD-40 or some other lubricant, disconnect the cable from the transmission. Place the red hose onto the can of WD-40 and stick it in the cable covering, spray and let it just go and go til it pours out, reconnect, drive it around for a while and see if that works. Its caused by the cable becoming old and sticks, maybe rust? No idea, but Ive been told thats whats going on, makes sense. Other situations the cable is coming apart.

Cable is a PITA to change, but it's certainly not impossible for the average joe to do. And it's by far the most common cause for this.
