use a pace car to know how much it is off, if you enjoy the gearing on the diff i would just get an aftermarket unit for tach/speedo

no, what i mean is pulling the speedo out of the cluster. Not just peeling the numbers off the back. Im going to figure this out with a pace car
 
Mine is off by 9%. You can calculate the difference by taking the original gear of the rear diff that was mated to your tranny and what is the current one. Mine was i think 8%, but when i calculate it on the road it seems to be about 9% difference in millage.

Your speedo is connected to the tranny, and it is calculated by combining the drive of the tranny and the rear diff. to get your overall gear ratio.

I am under the impression that you can easily adjust this by changing the speedo gear at the tranny.

Now in the U.S.
ok... this is weird i been driving my car now and i was in a slow moving traffic and it tends to vibrate or kinda bounce alot, kinda like its hesitating to move. is that a problems about the rear diff. other than the speedo being off???
