On a 7M, absolutely nothing but cause idle problems. It was removed on the '89+ TBs.

K so i just screwed it all the way back in pulled the efi fuse to clear the lights and then tried driving it and it still does not want to go over 2k rmps. I have codes 31 and 51 now. I do not have the knock sensor code anymore. My timing is advanced so that it would run back when the knock sensor light was on should i try adjusting the cps???

or is that save our supra? lol jk.

and back to the subject. i would set the timing back how it should be and if you get code 52 i would do the KS rewire i believe shaeff sells a kit as well. also fix both the codes check the wires at the AFM and the tps probably needs to be adjusted for the code 51
