speed sensor and reverse wire

i know our cars prolly don't have this wire but i am looking for a the speed sensor wire and reverse wire to hook up to my avic, anyone know where to find either of the two

btw so how do we have a speed sensor wire if our cars have a cable driven speedo?

The ECU gets it's information from the speedometer that is driven by the cable.
