You ask the question after you order them?!?! Kinda backwards isn't it?

Those look a lot like the iridium design...if the performance is the same, they should work well. Check the gaps ;)

Champions are barely good enough for lawn mowers, and personally I wouldn't have run with coppers either. Hey, at least you'll be able to swap em out pretty soon when they wear out. ;)

Check the TSRM for the gap spec; and what do you mean with or without gasket?

Sort the codes out, 52 and 51 will be killing the cars performance.

I had platinum plugs in my car for less than 1000 miles before the ceramic craked on 3 of them and gave me a missfire. Put in NGK BCPR6ES coppers (all 6 came to less than the price of 1 platinum) did 10,000 miles on them still looked like new when I changed them. Having to use platinum plugs is a myth, the guy in the shop told me that the copper plugs wouldn't last 300 miles, so I just laughed and said I'll take my chances.

I'm running the autolite 3923, my old plugs were bad and so obviously these ones worked better. No problems yet but I only have a few thousand miles on them.

Is it bad if I haven't changed my spark plugs in about 60K miles and 10 years? My supra has a sticker in japanese and english saying to only use platinum tipped spark plugs.

Change them. You can just get copper plugs. NGK V-power are nice and cheap. I put some NGK-6097 heat range 7 in my car. I was going to buy Iridiums but then I learned that cheap plugs would work just as well and would possibly last longer.

Copper plugs in a 7MGTE????

ohhhhhhhhhhh nooo..............the V-Line NGK plugs are verry good for normal engines...are not for a turbo engine with high mods and pressure.
my Supra is running with NGK Iridium plugs.

NGK Laser platinium are good ( BCPR6EP-N-8)

NGK Iridium IX Plugs in mine. Might be good for you JtWo if you're not a genius at gapping; they come pre-gapped.

And btw man, do yourself a huge favor and save up the cash and buy yourself a NEW EFI harness. Your car in perticular needs it.

The Autolite plugs are a bit shorter than the stock plugs. I have heard of issues of the spark plug wire boots popping off of the plugs causing issues. Any truth to this??
