I'm just curious as to what firing order people have their spark plugs the TSRM and my Haynes both say 1-5-3-6-2-4 but I don't remember where I found it but I found another that is 1-6-3-4-2-5 when I attatch them the "correct" way my car runs like crap, rough idle when it does, backfires just very bad. When I changed my firing order to what I believe is the wrong one my car runs much better its smoother and idles a little sometimes. Just curious if anyone has any ideas what might be going or if maybe bot firing orders are wrong.

Redacted per Title 18 USC Section 798
Firing order is 153624. The plugs fire in pairs because it's a waste spark system. If you place the high order plugs over the low order ones in a waste spark system you get the pairs: 1-6, 5-2, 3-4.

Does that help or confuse you more? :)

Yeah that helped thanks. I actually knew that but it was snowing and I was getting frustrated because I forgot to pay attention when I took the wires off the coil packs.

Since, you know, other engines run just perfectly with spark plugs/coils wired incorrectly.
