Sp bolt on or 6262

Looking too hit 500whp gunna be a street car only. So I'm leaning towards the 6262 turbo but the sp is more convenient because it bolts right up. But will the sp be able to hit the mark

And on a side note I was originally shooting for 400whp so I bought walbro 255 and 550cc injectors

Now I got 680cc should I put a tt pump in or will the 255 be ok

You should take a look at CXracing's 61mm turbo. I'm running it right now and I don't have really any bad things to say about it. They're good for about 500hp. Decent spool full boost around 4000.
255 has a short-ish life span compared to tt pump so run the 255 till it dies, you'll have plenty of room with 680's but you'd need a 450 pump and a LOT bigger injectors. 500whp won't last on stock internals for too long anyways..
680 + walboro + any decent sized turbo will keep you happy for a while especially if it's a street car. The tune is the bread and butter.

I've read through that entire thread. I am not experiencing the wastegate issue that others had in the past and there is no shaft play yet. I've had it up to 15psi so far and it holds boost steady and pulls hard.
The only annoyance was having to rotate the housing to fit the oil drain and feed lines. Other than that everything else was straight forward. It's not a precision or garrett turbo by any means, however it most certainly is an upgrade to the stock ct26.
No dyno sheets yet but I am positive that this turbo can make good figures. Will it hold up for years to come? I haven't found that out yet, but I will be running the turbo to the ground.

Do as you wish, it's just a suggestion. This isn't a 200$ piece of junk turbo, it's priced similarly to DM"s 57 trim that'll get the job done and maybe even better.

You're going to be hard-pressed to make 600whp+ with a 6262 on 94 octane without water/meth

Right now I've got my eyes set on the sp bolt on, going to tune with 94 pump gas and water meth, but no triggers have been pulled. Winters is coming up here in canada so the supra is off in storage (don't have a personal garage so no working on it until the spring!) I'll be waiting until at least April to start making any concrete decisions.
