I cleaned the bov and add a tiny tiny piece of grease to the bov where it slides to open. It seemed almost stuck. Now it just seems firm, almost to firm. Ill put it back on and see what happens tomorow.

Its not suppose to flutter at all. I have an HKS SSQV and it dosent flutter or mak the turbo surge at low of at high boost. Was the BOV bought brand new or used?

it's a fake.

my HKS Bov says HKS on it, it's silk-screened on..

also, this is the vacuum source I use, honestly I'm not sure if it's where the stocker goes...

and my BOV is all the way behind my passenger side foglight, and I don't flutter at all..

so maybe your BOV is too stiff and needs a stronger vacuum source..

or get the real thing.

I would love to get the real thing, but money is a little tight right now (rebuilding my 7m). But once its done, and fundange has become normal again Ill be purchasing one.

THE SPRING IS EXTREMELY STIFF. Ill find a stronger vacuum source soon.

the only thing i dont know is if it would effect clearances, ive never taken apart a hks bov. stretching the spring will weaken it but it can be put back no prob.
