Yeah, he made a build thread...Although it hasn't updated since the motor was dropped in about 300 miles ago.
Guess that'll be my pusher to get his pictures posted up since I tend to be the media/camera guy around here. :biglaugh:

i found the so called build thread and those guys were brutal against the 7m:3d_frown:
i definitely agree with you with the fact that pictures need to be posted in there no matter who does it.

ROFL!! .. is that civic suppose to be fast? lol.. my boys integra makes 300whp on 7lbs of boost and a roll from 40 would see him spinnin the tires til about 80mph in a full bodied built GSR integra... not saying the supra aint fast.. but that civic isnt.. the said integra i was talkin bout makes about 380whp with 17 pounds... and its similar to my friend's turbo hatch.. here is a video of that car


UM yes this civic was very quick.. unlike your supra that you think feels like is pulling a wheelie.. WOW.. your friend with the integra spins till 80 cause its WRONG wheel drive and prolly has 19" by 7" wheels on it :3d_frown: Like i said the civic i raced has a fully built motor and has a turbo. He is making around 350hp. He hooked up because he has good tires on his civic. JUST BECAUSE A CAR CAN SPIN THE TIRES DOESNT MEAN ITS FAST. If your so hyped up on 4cylinder failwheel drive then go get you one. OH but wait... if you did that you wouldnt be able to pop wheelie's anymore :1zhelp: Look the point is i raced him and beat him.. If you raced him he would have eatin you alive so you have no room to talk.

Rear diffuser. Ya know, so air can go through the holes and achieve less drag. Honda boys like to do anything besides get real engines.

Just to put my 2 cents in. You have to have a good set of tires to make any honda over 300hp to hook. A civic that makes 300hp is roughly a mid to high 11sec car. So in saying that good kill. The group of friends I hang around though a 300hp civic is dirt slow compared to theres. Had one got rid of it there is nothing like rear wheel drive and real tq for you see none of that in a civic. Here is a vid of my boy pete. Don't want to jack your thread bro but just want you guys to see what I am talking about. Never the less it takes almost twice the hp for a supra to bet a civic so your estimate is about right when it comes to your hp fiqure. 637hp and its a 2.2 so it makes a little more tq than the average honda. drag radials the works. It all takes money at the end.

On that note, I do have a couple friends with Honda's making well beyond 300whp and they certainly have no problems hooking up from a roll.
Ah, the beauty in spending good money on good tires without being a cheap@$$.

dude.. no one was trying to be a dick here.. and i never thought that an opinion should be taken offensive.. as for honda's.. i've been there.. and i did "buy one" .. but i'm on to bigger and better things now.. so dead that statement.. my whole point is.. the supra did not let that civic look "fast" at all.. and the whole reason for me bringing up the whole thing. is that in the OP.. he said that the guys were saying the civic was the fsatest thing in the lot.. now i know alot about this seeing as tho i was around hondas for quite some time and to this day u still see people going on saying they shit is fast.. if anything.. im just bashing honda owners that think they shit is stupid fast until they get put in their place quite like the one in the OP's video.. thats all.. no need to get all prissy n shit lol

having a quaife diff makes a difference.. which the civic i posted has.. my friend integra has 15's on it .. also with an LSD .. and as for my car.. stop being a prick because u clearly heard me say in the video that my car aint fast.. and i know this and i admit this.. its a stock 7M with a 3" turbo back.. big deal.. take it for what it is.. if this car is fast.. and your car beat it.. then guess what.. ur car is faster... tadah!

Although, As I stated on the first page, It was confirmed that the Civic WAS
making over 300whp. How much over?...That I'm unsure of.
But that fact remains that there are just WAY to many variables to justify whether or not a car is "fast".
