Well, my luck finally ran out the other night. Coming home from RonRams, after working on Duanes car, I got a little throttle happy on I-5. I had just boosted my way out of a 'wolfpack' and the dreaded "blues" suddenly appeared in my rearview.:ugh: I figured it was going to be bad, cause I had snuck a peek at the speedo, and I saw 100mph.:naughty: I had already backed out of it, by the time he pulled me over, but still, he clearly got me, dead to rights. Long story short, I drove off, with just a verbal warning to 'slow down' and keep it safe. I didn't even have a current insurance card in the car!:icon_surp That was the second time in the last couple of months, I have been stopped, for 80mph+, and drove away with just a verbal warning!
This was a WSP stop also, and he informed me that I walked away from him @ 85mph! My god, am I lucky or what?!:icon_bigg
P.S. I have a commercial driver's license, w/ all the endorsements (probably went in my favor)

I got pulled over thursday night in my wifes supra for doing 52 in a 35. I didn't have my wallet on me or my proof of insurance. He told me that he had written so many tickets that evening that his hand was sore, so he tole me to be careful. Now, I believe that if I had been about 18, I would have gotten a ticket, but I'm thirty six and was on the way to a dinner party and just got a verbal warning.

Glad you got off too 91t, I didn't know there was that much luck to go around for both of us...................;)

I got out of my 90 in a 60 ticket, there were three charges and it added to a 12 point ticket. I called the court house to get my court date changed and the county clerk said don't worry about and not to come. I guess a.) She through the ticket away then, or b.) The cop never turned te ticet in. I was shttin my pants for like 2 weeks "knowing" I was gonna lose my license. That was over a year ago, I haven't been pulled over for speeding since:D

If I was you, I would check with the courthouse and make sure your license hasn't been suspended. If they were and you get pulled over then you'll probably go to jail. If they're not, then you're o.k., but I would want to be on the safe side...............lol

It's all good I got pulled over with my brother, the cop came back asking if either of us had a warrant, I thought iyt could have been that, turned out my bro had a suspended liscence, but it was just an error, and he got it back the same day.

heh, listen to this. cops are fags, well, at least CT cops are. we just got back from our 4 day pass over the weekend and now we're back in bragg. anyway, one of the guys' was driving about 10mph over the speed limit back in CT and he gets pulled over. now, keep in mind he was in uniform, didn't get cut any "breaks", and when the cop told him he had to appear in court in two weeks he told the cop that he was shipping out to afghanistan in five days. he showed him his orders and whatever else he had on him to prove that we're down here training to go over seas, but mr. cop didn't want to hear it. basically the cop said fuck you, you have to appear.

yeah, he broke the law, but what kind of bs is that? now he has to play phone tag with whatever court he has to appear for back in CT to get things worked out.

pardon the horrible grammar. :bigthumb:

if you get pulled over and you're playing the DD for underage drinkers, who gets a ticket?
