Wow, wonder what happened to that gasket to deform it so badly on 4 cylinders. Almost looks like a defect, or something was dropped on it before it was installed.

TF: Make sure you wash all the rust and crap out of that block before you reassemble. Might clean the inside of the intake and the egr system as well.
