Solved:Not locking anymore

I have a 4.3 LSD differential and i scored some free Pennzoil synthetic GL-5 75w-90 gear fluid from work. I had a feeling it would cause my diff not to lock anymore once i changed it. The data sheet said it has LSD additives in it, but i now have lame 1 wheel launches.:3d_frown: Whats the best thing to do in this situation and will driving it like this damage my LSD?

bought some Valvoline 80w-90 dino and replaced the fluid. All is well now! My diff just has to many miles to be using synthetic.

That happens sometimes on a worn LSD - a synthetic is too "slick".
