Soarer R-154 compatible with Supra R-154?

I've got a good R-154, but it's from a soarer. Is it possible to swap it out with parts with a Supra R-154 and essentially swap the transmissions?

Since someone stole my other R-154, I'm having to resort to other means here... Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I believe you just swap in the supra shift mechanism (housing) and it should work, though I have been wrong before.

Yeah, you can.

Swap the shifter extension for a mkiiis, swap the electric speedo for the mkiii speedo gear and should work as normal.

You can also sell those parts to a soarer guy and get a few bucks.

or you can sell it to someone that swapped it into their 240sx, the external shifter make it line up perfect.

won't work, i tried it, and snapped my regular r154 tail shaft housing in half.

the soarer gears are bigger and stick out more. me and zazzn tried it in the snow, what a scam. i didn't even know it was a soarer r154 when i bought it 4 years ago, and threw it out after, ahahahahha.

and if you try the shifter housing, the bolt holes don't match up either. we ghetto rigged it, but i could only shift into 2nd, 4th, and reverse, ahahahahhaha

you should sell it jeff, and get a supra setup, that trans is worth a good amount

Offer the whole trans as trade soarer sc R154 for Supra you should get hits fast.
