So the technician rewired my cps wrong and im guessing thats what fucked up my car...

:icon_evilThe tech took the clips out on both sides then for got what goes where,, he decided to go color to color. the car diden't start after that. they made me buy parts that worn t it.. If any one has a pic of what goes where. or can they go out to there cars and check real quick.

Is there a way to check the CPS if it is working properly?

What can get damaged?

the tech said i had no spark or fuel.. he said change the FP Relay and resistor, i did nothing, CO Relay nothing. so now he dosen't know what to do.. little help here

Well IIRC the cps controls all of that. No fuel or spark due to the ecu having no clue the engine is even spinning.

I was wondering if by the stupidity of the tech could it had damaged or frayed my ECU. i just don't want to spend more money on stuff i don't need..

all i know that there are 2 cps wires get flipped on the clips i will try to look it up and find the two wires

jump the diag plugs
and see if the check engine light blinks if so ecu should be fine

Try looking in ur 7m gte and see if u can let me know what wire goes where.. pls and tnx..

Witch ones are the diag plugs? pic's would help a lot.. my car has been siting for 1 month already

The diagnostic plug is the port right next to the fuse box.
Jumper T and E1.

i did that and got no codes.. handy dandy paper clip

that should fix your issue go look at the cps wiring post i put up on this thread and make sure your is wired like that if not your car will continue to sit

Jumping Fp and +b should verify that your fuel pump is working. You will hear it pumping through your fuel rail

the car turned on it was just the green and red wires.. really happy.. now there is a slight missfire, could it be that cps is not in sync.

How bad a misfire?
Just an almost imperceptible stumble every couple of seconds, or a more noticeable stutter?
If it's the former, then a popular mod is to ground the ignitor, which often clears up the stumble.
