just wondering if this is a filter in the fitting for the oil feed on my turbo? looks like it is but I'm not sure. Do you know???

From that picture, it doesn't look like it - it looks like it'd fall right out! The turbo filters I've seen are a fine wire screen.

I am not sure either and was thinking about removing the fitting but it has a green mark that from turbonetics that may void the warranty if broken.

either way, his had that and we took it apart to look at it, then did some research. apparently, t'netics uses it as a combonation filter and restrictor. couldnt confirm with t'netics, but we left it alone.

Mine had the same thing. I left it on. It's still working, so that's something.
