Yeah man that's nuts. I pay(splitting it with my roomates) over $2000 a month for my apartment. And my parents house was just appraised at over $500k. I kinda wanna live in your neighborhood. Damn!!!

PS: Fuck that bitch, do what you want.

For $2000 a month that apartment better come with a maid and ho with a 3 car garage that includes a lift. That is nuts. I only pay $300 a month to rent my moms basement and I have access to any tool I would need and can do anything to my car that I want.

while i can understand your frustration, you have no right what so ever to give these people a hard time.

there are simply better ways to go about getting what you want, and harassing and tormenting people are NOT what a contributing member of society does.

your actions are downright immature and honestly will not make YOUR situation better at all.

it would have been smarter of you to buy that property, renovate the house and rent it out.

save some money, rent or buy another place in a nicer area and you just turned a not so great situation into a pretty damn good situation.

but, thats just me and everyone is different and entitled to their own opinions. and of course, its your life and needless to say, you should live it however you want.

I'm actully concidering asking the city to change the street that I live on to my last name ...:naughty:

,, but ur right, I am a asshole about parking spaces, an everything else about "my " street

Wow, you live next to an empty lot worth 600 bucks and a shanty house on a lot worth 100 bucks... Doesnt sound like your in a seriously high dollar area that you need to be worried about your Own property value that bad? Also, it doesnt sound like you ever want to move so who cares what the dollar value on Your house is?

Like mentioned before, you should have just spent the 100 bucks and bought the house. Take a sledge hammer to it if its as bad as you make it out to be.

.... I used to live in duquesne and west mifflin, you anywhere near there lol.

I have to agree with these last two. I was more than happy to get out of PA last year. I only lived there for 9 months but it had to be the worst place I've been in all my life.

Will, I actually agree with Lagged on this issue, and I think you are being a little bit immature about the whole thing. I don't know if you are mad that these people "stole your idea" or are "taking your space", but unless you make a load of cash or you go and live off the land somewhere, you are probably going to have to live near someone. If I could find a place like that, fix it up to livable conditions, have a job and save some major cash for a few years while living in a crappy place [so long as it was safe], I might do it.
So long as these people are not terribly disruptive, you should just go with the flow.

Have you considered that you might just be angry at yourself for not spending your money wisely on that cheap-ass land all around you because you probably could have had more than enough money to buy that whole area/block if you had not pissed away so much cash on beer and guitars that you don't need?

agreed.

and i wasnt trying to take a cheap shot or be funny when i suggested an alcohol related psychological problem.

though impossible to tell for sure over the internet, and especially without knowing you personally, your behavior seems indicative of an alcohol induced psychosis, or at the very least warning signs of an onset of such a condition.

i saw it in my self a few years ago with only moderate alcohol abuse. id say your level of abuse is severe.

i really think youre headed down a dark dead end road.

Cool, do you know Al's pizza right across from kenny wood? I lived above that place for a year lol. I forget the names of the school I went to though, Im 27 and went to grade/middle school there for a few years, no high school. I know the grade school was torn down the year after I left it, it was right next to a brand new one...

I always liked getting new neighbors...

Instead of bitching why not go over and try talking to them?

I agree with lagged 100%, whats the BFD if they aren't causing problems? If someone on my street would have parked a car in the center of said street it would have been towed or pulled into their front yard.

No wonder cities are such shitty places to live. You get stuck by people acting in this manner.
