Well the engine will be dropped in this weekend.
So far, I installed the dash out of my 89 after swapping the dash harness. I also swapped the auto pedals for the 5 speed pedals out of the 89, replaced the damaged combo switch assembly on the column, installed the clutch master cylinder & slave cyliner, installed the coilovers, the front sway bar, swapped the progressive power steering rack from the 89 to this one, installed brake master cylinder, brake lines, installed a/c condensor w/lines, and got the harness with all accessories (blah, blah, blah) back in the engine bay. Here are a couple of pics....it is dark so the lighting is not very good.
And yes, its still on the trailer from when it got back from the painter....lol No need taking it off when I have to tow it to the shop where we are dropping the engine.
Its amazing how ugly it gets so fast bolting stuff in. Not to mention the dirt...lol
It does look a lot better in the daytime. The pics have a lot of flash washout and makes the bay look dull.
