click to enlarge. :) i wish i had taken some before we had a warm day yesterday, as it was a bit fluffier and deeper. :(

'94 4x4, five speed, 22re. pretty stock except for the H.I.D. headlights (hi/lo) and fogs. i'm slowly building a high static CR 7mgte for it. :)

if you want, i can post them in your thread, infact, i'll just do that now.

i don't care what anyone says 22r's are built damn tough. nice hids. any specs on the truck?

oh, don't get me wrong, i honestly can't kill this motor. haha. i'm convinced that it's indestructible. but, i <3 the 7M. ;)

it's pretty stock. i relocated the air box to the passenger side, and put the battery on the driver's side. (eliminated about 3.5ft of intake piping) it's a bit more 'peppy' now, if you can call a 22re peppy. haha.

i also installed the gray cloth power seats from my supra in it. they're SO comfortable, WAY better than the bench seat! (and i wired up all the power options to work, too.;)) my interior is gray, so it matches very well, too.

the dash is changed to red LED's, which looks awesome at night, and i'm running a pretty sweet dual faceplate pioneer headunit backed by pioneer 6.5's custom installed in the door panels, and some 10" kenwood's behind the seats, driven by a kenwood amp. (unsure of the wattage) it'll blow you out if you want it to.

i put on some Hella 550 fogs, (with the HID's as you can tell)- hooked up through a factory toyota fog light switch that lights up when you turn it on. :) it looks stock.

it's on 31x10.5 BFG mud tires. i love them. smooth ride, awesome traction. i'm looking for a 4.10 tru-trac for the front diff, and a 4.10 e-locker for the rear for a custom retrofit. it IS my daily driver, so i don't want to go crazy, but when i get the supra done, it'll be getting the 7m swap, and 33x10.5's, along with a gearing reduction (4.88's)

i might lift it 3", but no more than that. if i can ever manage to find a sweet '00+ 4runner, i'll do a solid axle swap for sure, but not for a DD. ;)

pimp dude. Hi'd should be on everything

i love them. SO much extra light. i'll be rewiring using dual relays soon, also. this is running off the stock crappy headlight harness, and the wires really aren't great. :) i've got them adjusted so i never get people flashing at me, and the high beams are amazing. it's like daylight in front of me!

nice nice... the 22r isn't a power houser by any means but nearly bulletproof and just enough torque to get around sounds good to me.

clean ride you have there.

how much do trucks like those go for in NY? me and my brother are thinking of getting a toyota truck. Without the lift and HID's and whatnot, just a reliable truck lol.

thanks:) it's actually got some rust on the rear driver's side quarter. (lots there), and the front passenger side fender ($60 for a new one, no big deal)

i'll do some bodywork to it in the summer if i feel like it. the engine/drivetrain is in perfect operating condition. :) meticulously maintained by me.;) the interior is wicked clean. here's a pic- you can sortof see the supra seats. ;) :

i got it for $3400 2.5 years ago. there was NO rust on it at all, and it only had 100,002 miles on it. i've barely put any money into it aside from basic maintenance that everyone should do. and i don't have a lift of any sort- the suspension is bone stock. :)

haha, i know jeff lange hates the 22re. but, he primarily doesn't like it as a car motor (ie: celica). i'm pretty sure he's ok with it as a truck motor. ;) haha

ArthurRitus: i've run over LOTS of things, usually on purpose, sometimes not. i've had it buried to the axles and didn't get stuck. :) (mud)

Cryo: i see them sell for much, much less sometimes. ;)

cuel: thanks! i love this thing. i just wish i could finish my rustbucket of a car so i can really work on it more.
