I just replaced mine (as well as flushing the tranny and replacing the shifter bushings). Got rid of a lot of vibration, but i still have a poping/ clicking noise from the rear also (this rear has less than 25K on it, kind of irritated). I was hoping that it was from the front of the tranny (like a mount) but i ruled that out...

The next step is pulling the rear and having a peek at the gears.....

its a complete mount (bushing included) it cost me ~$32 from the local parts store. The mount is two piece - the bottom attaches to the car (don't replace that) and the top mounts to the tranny (on top) and the lower mount (bottom). Maybe it had something to do with the one i bought, but i had to grind some off the inside of the flange that mounts to the tranny to get the bolt holes to align properly. That was a PITA....other than that part, its a real simple swap.

My new one has a little gap, but not that much. They don't cost much, so if your unsure, just change it. The rubber on the original was real soft but no tears. the new one was much stiffer. YMMV...
