Ok... so, not much about the SUPRA here... but when I walked out last night around 11pm to put the hood down, THIS guy was "snaking" his way around the car!

(I took him in the house for the better lighting!:biglaugh: )

I believe this guy is an Eastern Milk Snake... a "true constrictor". Just a little guy with ALOT of GUMPTION when I first picked him up!

He is off in the yard to safety again... eatin' the little froggies and such that roam my land...:wiggle:

Snakes are awesome! I had a royal (ball) python for over 16 years until I started travelling for a living. He was very docile and loved to chill on the lawn looking like a periscope during the summers. When I gave him to my neighbors he was up to eating nearly 5 good size rats a week, never struck at anyone, and easy to maintain. That was my first pet my parents got me on my 16th birthday. He's about 5'3" now and won't get much bigger.

Crisp: That's a beautiful snake. All I've seen here working in FL are lots of lizards.

Yes, it is an extraordinary little creature. VERY BOLD markings on these little buggers. I found one last year by the garage, and looked it up since I was not familiar with it. That one was a little larger, but THIS guy was more "active".

My property is a virtual cornucopia of natural wildlife... so I never pass on a moment to observe and "capture" it, if possible. (on film... if not in earnest, and of course, I am a purely "catch-n-release" sort of guy.:icon_bigg )

This little guy lives in the downspout of the gutters at the company house I stay in. I see him every day.

I've always been a fan of reptiles. They remind me of dinosaurs. I caught one of the crazy ones that run on their hind legs the other day. they look like little 1' raptors.

^^^ I played with lizards all the time when I was a little kid living in EXTREME southern Japan... they were runnin' all OVER the place!

Grab 'em wrong, and you'd be left with their "grow-back" tail... still WIGGLIN' in your hand!

I love snakes. I used to have two California Banded King Snakes. I've had about fifteen different snakes as pets over the years. I've caught Watermoccasins, Copperheads, and other snakes, but I didn't keep them as pets. King snakes are the best though.

+1 to you for not killing it.

Scott, don't be such a bitch..............:biglaugh:
