Well part of the exhaust does go by the passenger seat, but you would also have to have an exhaust leak right at that location.

Your passenger seat is all mechanical and the only thing that might be under it is the vent for the heater/ac and an amp. But if the vent is blowing the smoke, smoke shouldve been coming out from under the driver seat too methinks.

And good god man, learn your cars.

On a more serious note, take the car out for a drive, roll up the windows and push it as fast as it will go, hold it there untill the smoke stops. It's because you took out the NOS, the car needs to reset at top speed. Just make sure you don't break the manifold! Keep an eye on the mani meter!
