Yeah, that dyno was weak... I posted in your video thread, but those above ground dyno's have never cooperated with my car.

They didn't even put it in 4th too?
Were all dyno pulls done on 3rd gear w/ everyone?

It was great meeting you Chris. Hey you have my respect dude, you made it to the meet and entered the events. Same for George and Brandon for Road Racing their cars. The meets are always what you make of them. I always have a blast, but mainly go to see all of the people that I've met on the forums and only get to see once a year.

your car is slow as shit Chris :D

Just gotta mess with you, hopefully you get your situation sorted...and come back next year and do better.

I agree on that dyno though, it wasn't loading your car right, and was overall reading low compared to last years showing...

I'm too modest to get out and race/dyno mine...

Same boost.... the lower power pull was done on an above ground dyno jet with tiny rollers.

Notice the rolling resistance/load and its relationship with peak tq and turbo lag.
Big heavy rollers make the world of difference.

I was there with my Silver 91, but having just dropped my new motor in last Sunday, had it running the Monday before the meet, and only having 100 or so miles on it, wasn't gonna run it. But next year will be a different story....

maybe I'll be out there next year to help represent! all in all cant wait

as nice as that sounds, Justin. We hear that shit EVERYTIME from so many people that we all just stop believing that phrase because there is no delivery.

gixxer and mashedough delivered in the drags...I, also was pretty disappointed that there wasnt many mk3's when the previous years, there were 30+ and a bunch at the drags.

Brandon delivered on the road course and then proved his track greatness at the gokart track @ track 21 in Houston lol

My number six cylinder has a whopping 90psi of compression. I'm going to pull the engine sometime this week and start disassembling it. I was going to wait on the build, but the weather is too pretty to be riding around in my F150.

You've still got a 1J right Jay?

If so, that proves right there that they can have issues just like any other motor, ready for the 2J? ;)

Most of those guys on Supraforums are turds. I don't even think some of them believe that mk3's are actually supra's as well. They forgot that the mk3 was there before the mk4.

I noticed that too. I posted there a few times then came here after a Supra owner who also is on the MR2OC pointed me to this site and I have stayed ever since. There is alot of big talk and other crap thrown back and forth there. I dont see the point in it. This site is much more helpful! You dont dare be a newbie and ask a newbie question on SF.
