Damn, amazing work! At first I thought this was another 2J cause of the valve covers haha. Spark plugs setup is sick.

Thanks it alot of work but worth it in the end if it ever comes.

I come from a land down under
Wes: A few small points ;)

I prefer to mill the TB flange on the FFIM to the same shape as the TB and I make my Cable mounts from a piece of angle so they have a support back to the manifold.

I am very impressed!!! You have made the 7M look totally different. It is sooo smooth looking and flows awesome.

Yup, I would just dress it up a bit because I like things to look clean, but the custom work is looking great!

Where are you running your fuel? Opposite side of the intake mani???

Here you go ian i milled oring groves around each runner so i can run high temp oring and lose the gasket that almost always overlaps and gets in the way

Wes: Very nice! :)

Were the grooves milled before the rest was welded on?
(just trying to imagine the clamp/jig as I just milled the flange on mine flat)

After the main flange the plentum is welded to. O it was fun using shims and blocks to get the angle right then get it indicated in stright and flat real fun
Yea no jig just the mills table with tslots.

LOL that's how I did my full manifold ;)

Hung the intake pipe over the end of the table used T Slots and clamps with a piece of board and some aluminium blocks to get it flat/level then rotated the head around to that side and extended it as far as it would go then took lots of tiny cuts (.1mm) till I was happy that it was flat/true!

It wasn't the most elegant setup but it worked as the flange is too long for my Linisher to get in one go.

everything looks great. I wish I had the time and the shop area to make my own custom parts. Nothing like doing it yourself. Good work though. What size turbo is that. What size injectors are u running.

Where are your fuel injectors and fuel rail?

I'm doing the same for my fuel and brake lines, but I'm getting Stainless Steel. Any reason why you chose aluminum?
