Silicon On Gaskets?

I use Permatex #4 aviation sealer on paper gaskets, I don't build leaky engines.

Either that or edilbrock gaskacinch for me. They do the job well even if your sealing surface is a bit rough

^ i've seen this used. It works well. also allows you to do light coats.

you won't find permatex no. 4 anywhere.

No. 3 will be everywhere though.

The right stuff is also good.
i Always use a small coat of sealant as well.

^Right Stuff Import is better for our applications. (If you can find it.)

But I just Use Ultra Grey or Toyota FIPG.

some type of sealant all the time. I never use a paper gasket without some copper spray, or a thin coat of sealant before I assemble. It's cheap insurance.
