Wow, thanks guys. I did not know there were so many options ....
Now if I am able to free up the engine, which I think is most likly, I know I should not crank it and let it run. I will turn the engine by hand a few revolutions for sure.

I will let the anti sieze ( whatever fluid I decide to use) drain completey. Most probaly overnight.
Should I fill it up with oil and drain it and then refill before starting? Or just refilling it with oil and starting it normally be fine.
What should I expect to screw up in this process?

some thing i lesarned recently about getting rused or broke bolts out is hesating, and then while hot drip candle wax on the broken bolt and let settle, then re-heat and apply more wax, sit again, then try to remove the bolt. the perifine does some thing and free's up bolts..
