I bought my SD 872cc injectors from DM, they've been completely trouble free and exactly what I expect from injectors. I personally would buy from DM before ebay but thats just me.

That is the exact same kit I have. Works just fine. Just make sure you chamfer out injector holes before you try to put the injectors in and use rtv and seal the small pipe plug that goes in the middle of the rail.

Oh, the only single thing I didn't like were the injector clips that came with them. I found them a little too "plasticy" and they also didn't have a rubber seal for the wires going into the plug or for the plugs mating surface to the socket. So I would find some good injector clips to go with your set.

I personally like ordering from our vendors and especially DM as I've ordered just about everything I needed from them. They sell the INJ w/clips for 450 and the rail for 220. So still not a bad price but thats 660 for injectors and rail + shipping. Where as these are 589 shipped. They also have 850's for 660 shipped which isn't bad. I was more concerned with the kit as a whole. Rail and all, and as stated above it looks like the rail needs some attention to it. Which in my eyes would warrant me just going with DM items for drop in affair + wiring. I just cleaned my 550's out so i'm not doing it anytime soon just looking into options when I crave more power.

Siemens is a huge conglomerate from Europe (if this is the same one), and they produce a bunch of different items.. I remember them for cellphones.

I just purchased a set of Siemens Deka 850cc injectors and have some installation concerns. I'm a little freaked out considering this is the fuel system and a leak = Supra barbeque.

I was wondering what you guys think. Is this normal for the Siemens?

- they seem to be taller than my old RC 550's (which fit great)
- I can't get them to fit flush with the fuel rail (I lubed up the O-rings with fuel per TSRM and pushed or twisted to no avail)
- The RC's had a thick rubber washer that fits snug between the injector and rail

I took the old rubber washer off my old injectors and transferred it to the new injectors so that they sealed the same as the old. You cannot run without some type of rubber ring on the new siemens injectors. Or yes, you are right you will get a massive fuel leak without doubt.

I think my problem is now solved. I called the vendor (aaron @ Driftmotion) and he said to take one of the green o-rings off. I did that and they fit fine. I guess the second o-ring creates a problem. I asked about the stock grommet (my RC's used them also) and he said that the Siemens don't need it. He said that the RC's and the stock injectors have a little play in them and the grommet helps hold them down. He said that the Siemens fit tight and don't need it. I hope he's right :)
