if its the one im thinking on, which is also found on 1g eclipses... then theres no reason to switch from stock. and why not put it in the other fog light hole? thats makeing the lines a lot longer than they have to be.

Because my other hole is my ram air to intake and the lines shouldnt be that long... 1JZ:naughty:

Cause he's 1JZ.

and get a real aftermarket Oil Cooler or have this professionally cleaned.

i see now. sorry i like my 7m's... haha

why not go with an rx-7 oil cooler? i dont like the mitbusishi oil coolers, i would rather go with a nice big summit racing oil cooler and then mount it in the front of the radiator...

(i have no a/c so i have plenty of room.)

I bet he has no AC too. Only person in cali with AC and 1JZ was Moe. ;)


But an RX7 Oil cooler is a great option, it's got a built in thermostat, and 87Soup make sure you loose the contraption that watercools the oil.

I just had it layin around... i will upgrade it later but as of right now i have NO oil cooler:nono:....
No A/C here!!!!

Word I want to do the same thing or I was thinking of using the old fog light holes for the openings for brake coolers.Well I don't witch I'm going to do yet but when I do I'm putting sheet meatel in the fog light holes.It will look hot:naughty:

nice well I have been thinking of a few ideas so the edges are smooth but the only thing I could think of is tig welding them but thats more money than I want to spend.Also I want to rivet them in my bumper

edit:I'm going to see if anybody has done it on another car.Give me some time to get some pics

Im going to do a thick ductape and wire structure then cake the back with bondo then the front.... Smooth it out and fit it in...

We shall see:naughty:!!!
