Shutting someone down on eBay...

There's this fag that I bought Supra mirror from, 44 days ago, and he hasn't sent anything..

I have filed a dispute through PayPal, and I've been waiting and waiting and waiting for a refund but it doesn't look like it's going to come any time soon.

I have spoken to him in the PayPal resolution center, and he admits he got it back, but if I want it, I have to pay for shipping again, FUCK THAT..

anyway, I was wondering if there's anyway I can report him on eBay (not PayPal) to get him shut down.

His name is Igor Davydov, email address/PayPal address is LoadUp0nGuns94@hotmail.com, and his eBay store's name is Karma_Poleez..

If you check his feed back (and his replies to negatives, in which he insults and cusses like a sailor) you can see he's a total dick, and has done the same to others (received payment, but buyer never received item)...

my name on eBay is enriquerazo (not creative at all, I know), and you can see he left me a negative in retaliation...

I'm getting in contact with the other people he's done this to, and I'll try to get him shut down..

I'm wondering if you guys could help me, like WHERE do I report him..?

Ive clicked on nearly every link there is on eBay's page, and there's nothing about it..

the other 2 weeks ago or so, while I was in Az to see the X she didnt get some cell fone cover from ebay, an she reported him to ebay/ paypale an she got all her money refunded no questions asked from either ebay or pay pal..

I had won the item on eBay, and paid immediately. The seller claims he sent my item in a timely manner, and that the item was eventually returned to him. The tracking number provided, confirmed it was accepted in Pinehurst Texas, on January 10, 2007, at 10:15 am. The next event posted is about the arrival of the item, at Pinehurst Texas, again, on January 25, 2007, 7:34 am. The final event listed is the delivery of the package on January 25, 2007, at 11:44 am. Nowhere does it state, that it was delivered to my home, and then sent to my local post office, where it "sat", and was eventually returned, as claimed by the individual. I understand if this may be the situation, but the seller now has both my payment AND my item. I have asked for a full and prompt refund. The seller then claims I have the item, and asks if I am trying to scam him. Almost immediately, the individual replies, acknowledging he has the package, and he had picked it up. He then claims if I want the package, I'll have to pay for shipping again. I understandably refuse, and ask for either a full refund, or for my package to be sent at the original price I had originally paid, as listed in the auction when it closed. He now refuses to answer my messages in the paypal resolution center message board, and has not refunded my money. I no longer want the item, as I no longer want to deal with the individual in any manner. All I am asking for is a full refund of my money. I have checked his feedback on eBay, and almost 100% of the negatives he has received, all make a similar claim; the seller doesn't send item, nor provides a refund. All negative feed back is replied with sly remarks, and curse words in almost all cases. The seller appears to be very immature, and not have a grasp on the severity of the situation. where was my notification of this? Usually the post office leaves a slip telling me i have to pick up a package at the office. I don't wait at home all day for a package to arrive. In previous cases where i wasn't home, they would leave it at my back door, or they keep coming every day, until it's delivered. You have my item, and i paid for shipping, i paid for that item to be sent. If you refund me all my money, you aren't losing anything because everything was paid for, by me. You break even, so why are you acting like im trying to steal from you? You have the mirror, not me. re-list it, burn it, toss it out, i dont care. Refund me my money, that's the last time im going to ask.

It was supposed to be delivered to my house, because *Gasp* that's what my paypal address is. I have bought all kinds of things on ebay and they all arrived at my house. I paid for it to be shipped to my house, not a post office. I paid for shipping to my house, and i paid for a mirror. I did not have a mirror shipped to my house. How is that trying to get "your item" and "your money" if IM THE ONE THAT PAID? Just refund me my money in full, and keep the mirror. -Enrique

Also, you're the only one who is trying to scam anyone in this case as you are trying to get my item and my money. And by the way, all our items are sent out to paypal confirmed addresses. We dont ship to anything else. Also, we do have proof we sent out the item in a timely manner, to the correct address as specified in your paypal acocunt. In fact the package was sent out only a couple days after the auction ended.. What is your problem?

No. I paid for for the item, and i paid for shipping. It is not my fault you didn't send it correctly and that caused the package to be returned. Either you send me my package, FOR THE AMOUNT I HAD ORIGINALLY PAID, or you will refund me every single penny I paid and resell the item to whoever wants to pay for it.
