Should I get this?

Hey, so I'm trying to figure this whole thing out. Got the bottom brackets up and good (new Intercooler kit btw).. But I honestly can't figure out the top two

Any input on how to mount brackets for the top two bungs??? Racking my head trying to get this figured out.
