No one has seen it but you, so it's definately your decision. Offer him what it's worth to you and he'll either take it or leave it. I personally would keep looking elsewhere. You've got a car right now, so there's no need to rush into something you may regret later...............lol

That right there kind of screams move on. You're in Colorado correct? Where it rains and snows a lot. If the car has been sitting with a busted window, just think about the condition of that car and I don't mean the interior (seats, dash, etc...) Try to take a look at what the shell looks like UNDER the carpet. See if it's rusting there.
