well when driving the car its fine at lower rpms.. but once you give it more gas and the boost starts to build up the car gets like sputter, jerky, jumpy kinda deal.. or almost like its missing or geting small fuel cuts one right after another and wont hardly accel..

sounds like fuel cut. how much boost are you running? did you try lowering the boost?

ok .. i just had a thought.... i did just put a new intake on it and then the probelm started.. would that cause the afm to do anything different?? before it was a filter right on the afm.. now i have an adaptor to pipe to intake filter

Well, they have a legitimate point. Dealer techs aren't trained to work on modded cars and unless you have the ability to do it yourself it's a crap shoot to mod one. Sounds like the fuel pump relay is bad. That's assuming you haven't wired the pump for 12 volts. Try jumpering B to FP. If the symptoms disappear that's your problem.

do you have a boost controller on the car..set it back to stock to see what happen? to fix fuel cut you have to replace the afm with a bigger one such as the lex afm..or eliminate it completely. with maf-t or standalone. once the air flow meter gets a higher reading then normal the car goes into fuel cut. the lex afm tricks the afm because it is bigger and reads less air then is actually there.

Did you remember to plug in your afm? When mine was sputtering my afm went bad. (just trying to narrow it down)

Did you clean the afm before you put it back in because this really sounds like a bad afm. Are you throwing any codes? Mine did the exact same thing as yours and it was a bad afm.

Did it drive ok after you put it on? I had a 57trim turbo I bought and it was spraying oil all over the afm making them no good anymore. What was wrong with your previous afm?
