Shine Spec-B (Bomex) Whale Tail

Shine discontinued it last year. Since then, several people has contacted Shine about the whale tail. Who is interested? If 10 buyers will commit, we could get a group buy going. This will be no more than $250 + shipping.

Note: there is no group buy yet. I just wanna see the level of interest. Once the group buy looks feasible, I will provide all the exact details.

It's been discontinued since last year since the mold was discarded. Now they wanna make it available again.

Shine ships to AUS...but it's not cheap. Shipping cost is almost equal to the part's cost.

Good to see that you're sporting the Shine Spec-B whale tail. The one that you have may have come from a mold which used the "made in Philippines" Bomex whale tail. JDM Bomex has a better fitment than the Philippines Bomex.

The new Shine Spec-B wing mold will be made from an earlier, authentic, JDM version. So the new upcoming version will be a more "true" Bomex whale tail: not as bulky looking, will have a better fit than the previous Spec-B whale tail.

All I remember was there was a "larger" looking version, that of which I believe I preferred.
I'll start digging around through some pictures to see if I can find what I'm looking for.

The Gracer is much smaller. Here it is one Drjonez's car:

I will see if I could take a picture with 2 supras, side by side, showing the two different versions of Bomex wings.

how about using the factory holes as mounting points..that would be better then brackets
