Is the light flutter you hear from your bov when shifting at low rpm's bad for the turbo? I know its not compressor surge. Is it better to shift a little in boost so that the fluttering doesnt occur? I try to stay out of boost when crusing to save a little on gas.

some blow off valves wont open much under low boost conditions, thats to help prevent idle problems if its vented...
but no, a small amount of flutter isnt bad. i get it on mine too. flutter when you let off 10psi or more = BAD
