I found one out in a parking lot about a month ago with a broken screen. Paid $50 to get a new screen and installed it myself.

The games are nothing but load times. Socom was with it and I quit playing all together cause I could change a headgasket before it could load the menu.

For music and video its nice. I hate having to wait an hour to encode a movie from my computer (bah, UMD = waste of money).

you dont have to buy UMD's you can use the 2gb and then get the managment software. pick the movies youd like to put...and let it work.
