Im in the process of just finishing my 7mgte swap with a jdm motor. Their a few problems that I am encountering with, first one is the turbo on my old motor is seized one, itdoesnt want to move no matter what we do to it. second issue is, since it’s a jdm motor and im not running a EGR.will I get a engine code ? and how to run vacuums line since theirs no EGR.

Need to install EGR unless you're rtunning the JDM ECU (ECU is tuned for EGR, removal isn't a good idea, and it doesn't affect performance).
If the turbo is siezed, it may be trash, you'd have to send it out for a rebuild and see what they say...
