I'm wondering if seats from a SC400 would bolt into a MKIII Supra. I know I'd lose the lumbar support and all that, but I'm changing the interior to black and I'd like some black leather seats from an SC400 in the Supra so it would match the interior.

Have you considered just recovering the Supra seats? I believe leatherseats.com or something like that sells a full prefit set of interior for the Supra in any material/color you want.

You'll get a better response if you pay attention and post in the correct section ;)

If you really want them in your car, modify or build new brackets for them. A tape measure should answer your question pretty quick, and tell you what you need to do to make them work.

Yea I've helped fit and weld seat brackets for alpha romeo's and stuff like that. They're not that hard to make at all. It's just that I was hoping that someone would know if they'd fit or not without having to make the brackets, because I don't have SC400 to take measurements from or anything like that. Thanks for the answers guys.

As a related topic, I wanted to know if the newer MK3 seats are PnP? (The ones with the power tilt feature).

I have an 87 and it has the knob-style tilt so I was just wondering.

I didn't want this thread to fizzle without an answer so I was wondering if anyone could confirm this for me, I'd like to know because I don't care/mind the weight of the seats. The design is decent too so I want to swap when I find the right one, if it is pnp. Thanks.
