Here are a few updates...if all goes well I will drop it in tomorrow..
New Izusu timing belt installed.
Powdercoated valve covers(the 2500 is metallic silver and the twin turbo is a darker red than pictured)
y-pipe installed... You can see the BIC mounts too.
Supra lookin sad waiting on the 1jz...

Looks good Casey, I meant to tell you that the Izusu timing belt worked but I figured since your a smart kid you'll figure it out and it seems you did!

now get her running!It was my first time doing a timing belt... I messed up though after turning 2 revolutions the mark on the crank pulley was way off... I guess I will try again tomorrow... but this deff puts the possibility of not installing the motor tomorrow as my time is limited..
I have been working 14hrs a day and working on my own business (all my money is going to this)...leaving little time and energy!
But ......The car is almost all the way block sanded for a re-paint, I didnt like the color it was too light! Im not sure if Ill pull the engine and do a full repaint on a diff color or just do a really dark gunmetal so it will blend a little. Right now it will be painted flat black and assembled just so I can get it looking like a car again, I think that will motivate me to get it running.
